Parmar Bros Pty Ltd is a growing Australian transport and logistics company providing freight transportation and end-to-end supply chain solutions across Australia. We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Manager to support our expanding operations.

Reporting directly to management, the Office Manager will oversee daily administrative functions, coordinate office operations, support transport activities, manage client communications, and ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Task & responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office administration activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain efficient office systems, procedures, and workflows.
• Coordinate internal teams and allocate administrative tasks to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain and manage company records, contracts, invoices, and all operational documentation.
• Communicate and liaise with clients, suppliers, transport partners, and external stakeholders to support business operations.
• Assist in managing accounts-related administration, payroll support, and procurement activities.
• Prepare routine reports and provide administrative and operational support to management.
• Support staff coordination activities including rostering, onboarding, and general employee administration.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and other workplace resources to ensure availability and efficiency.
• Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies, operational standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualification & experience

• Diploma of Business or higher qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office administration systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with invoicing, scheduling, customer service, and business administration functions.
